At Trillium Construction & Design we offer a large range of services:
Architectural Drafting: Every successful project begins with a good plan. This is typically a precursor to larger projects and most structural projects. We are also happy to take on design work that a different contractor will ultimately perform, or in some cases the homeowner.
Remodels: Sometimes you need to work with what you've got. Remodels can freshen up older homes, ensure the home is well suited to its occupants, and often can increase home value. We are here to help you through that process.
New Construction: Starting from scratch can be very rewarding. With a blank slate, there are endless possibilities of what you can create. We are currently taking on small to mid-size new construction projects.
Creative/Unconventional Projects: If you have something unique, reach out! We love coming up with creative approaches to unusual projects!
Build Ready Plans: We offer a range of build ready plans from outbuildings to full houses. These can be built from, or serve as a starting point for a more custom set of plans

ABOUT:
Trillium Construction & Design is a family owned and operated general contracting service located in Colfax, Washington. It is run by Henry Kindall, who has experience in all forms of residential construction, finish work, cabinetry, and fine woodworking. Additionally, he attended college studying architecture before deciding to pursue a more hands-on approach through general contracting.
